Is my smartphone compatible?
Pixter lenses are compatible with all smartphone models. The Pixter Universal Clip allows you to fix the lens on your smartphone’s camera, both front facing and behind.
For smartphones with a dual lens, you simply have to place the Pixter lens on the lens furthest to the left when the camera is facing you (the upper lens when they are placed vertically, the middle one for P20 Pro).
Usage with a case/Glass
For better results when using the Pixter Universal Clip with our lenses, we advise you to remove your phone case in order to ensure that the lens will be closer to your phone's camera. A gap between the two could affect the final image.
The usage of a film or a protective glass is not a problem when using Pixter lenses.
Instructions for use
First of all, remove your phone case.
Mount the lens on the clip or the Pixter case and then place it on your smartphone's camera.
Center your smartphone camera with the lens. To do so, you can look through the lens and use your smartphone camera to place it correctly. You can check out this video: How to place your Pixter lens
If a “vignetting” (black rounded borders on the picture) appears, here are a few solutions to get rid of it. Make sure to clean the different lenses, both on your smartphone and also on the Pixter lens itself. Orient the clip differently, it is not required to be perfectly vertical or horizontal, find the orientation that suits your smartphone best!
However, if the vignetting persists, you can slightly zoom in (zoom x1.1) to get rid of it.
For an optimal result, it is necessary to have your Macro lens as close as possible to the subject.
This lens only needs to be a few centimeters from the subject in order to have a sharp result.
How to use the Bluetooth Remote
1 - First of all, turn on the remote (the green LED will start to blink).
2 - Enable your phone’s Bluetooth. Make sure your phone’s visibility by other devices is authorized.
3 - Select “Pixter” when it appears in the available devices list.
4 - The remote is now paired to your smartphone. You can now open your phone’s camera and use your Pixter Bluetooth remote to take shots by simply pressing the button on the remote.

Track your parcel
Orders made before 12 pm (GMT+1) will be shipped the same day, otherwise, packages will be shipped the following business day. This is an indicative time frame, valid outside of exceptional periods such as during our sales.
Once the carrier takes charge of your parcel, your shipment tracking number will be communicated by email. It is usually sent on the shipping day, in the late afternoon, thanks to Shipup services Please check your spam or junk folder in your mailbox.
If you choose Mondial Relay for your delivery, you have 14 days to collect your parcel as soon as it is available for pick-up at your nearest service point. After this time period, the parcel will be returned to us automatically.
Retrieve an invoice
You receive your invoice by email, and it is available at any moment on your personal space, in your purchase order history (if you created an account). Don't hesitate to contact us, if you face difficulties finding or downloading it.
