We deliver worldwide. Please note that custom charges may occur for any delivery outside of the European Union. In that case, the charges for custom clearance are payable by the customer.
Orders going to Mainland France and Corse made before 12pm (GMT+1) will be shipped the same day, otherwise packages will be shipped the following business day. This is an indicative time frame, valid outside of exceptional periods such as during our sales.
Outside European Union:
Once the carrier takes charge of your parcel, your shipment tracking number will be communicated by e-mail. Please check your spam or junk folder in your mailbox if you have received nothing within one business day of placing your order.
If you choose Mondial Relay for your delivery, you have 14 days to withdraw your parcel as soon as it is available for pick-up at your nearest service point. After this time period, the parcel will be returned to us automatically.
In accordance with the Code of Consumption, you have the legal right to cancel and return your Pixter products within 14 days of receipt.
It is also possible to ask for a return in case of an incident on one of our products, when covered by its warranty.

If a problem occurs with your order and if you want to return all or part of the products received, here is the process to follow:
1. Send us an email to email@example.com specifying your name, order number and the reason why you want to return your products.
2. Returns from mainland France:
If the return of your parcel is necessary, we will send you a form that will allow you to download and print a prepaid return label.
Returns from another country:
The return has to be taken in charge by the client, Pixter does not take responsibility. The return modalities will be communicated by email.
In order to be returned, the product has to be in perfect condition, in its original packaging as well as all of the accessories included.
3. Pack the products that you want to return carefully and stick the return label clearly on your package. Now you just need to mail it. The number of your parcel is the proof of your shipment. It allow you to track your parcel on our partner website Coliback: Coliback - Track your return you'll be notified of the parcel's reception by email.
4. After reception of the returned items, we control the product conformity. If the return conditions are not respected, we will not proceed the refund or exchange, depending on the agreed solution with the customer support.
5. Refund is issued the same way as the payment method, within 30 days depending on your return shipment .
